1. The videos on your sites are very low quality and I'm experiencing a very bad frame rate or sometimes I'm getting a CODEC CANNOT BE FOUND error message. What should I do ?It is NOT normal. All you need to do is download the latest version of
WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER. Version 9 or above needs be the version installed on your system.
It is VERY important that you are running the latest version of the software for optimum results.

2. How do I enable my cookies ?Instructions to turn cookies (IE5 and prior versions)
1. go in the tools menu
2. Select internet options...
3. select the "security" tab
4. select "internet" in the box
5. select "custom level..." button
6. find "cookies" in the settings box
7. click "Enable" under "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer"
8. click "Enable" under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)"
9. click "OK" button

2. Select internet options...
3. Select the "privacy" tab
4. Move the slider down until it reads "accept all cookies"
5. Click on "apply" button
6. click "OK" button
